Cancellations

Nobility Parfums has a NO CANCELLATION policy.  Once a product has been purchased, it shall not be cancelled for ANY reason.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at service@nobilityparfums.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If a product has been deemed as lost, stolen, or damaged by the postal service, Nobility Parfums will guarantee a full replacement of product.  All of our product shipments are covered with up to $100.00 insurance.

Returns
Nobility Parfums has a NO RETURN policy.  Once a product has been purchased it, shall not be returned for ANY reason.  Once a product leaves our lab, there is no guarantee that the product has not been tampered with or altered in any manner.

Refunds
Nobility Parfums has a NO REFUND policy.  Once a product has been purchased, it shall not be refunded.  To prevent a product from being purchased that may not be to the buyers liking, it is recommended that our sample kits be purchased first.
